Solution : Avoid contact with the baby crib when monitor is ON.

Cause : Nursery unit is detecting movement from outside the crib such as motorised devices, strong drafts, and etc…

Solution : Place crib near a solid supporting wall to avoid sensor pad from detecting movement from surrounding environment

Cause : Sensitivity is set too high.

Solution : You may need to decrease the sensitivity, view the Demonstration section for details.

Problem : Orange light is flashing

Cause : The sensor pad is not in complete contact with the mattress or the base of the mattress is not solid enough.

Solution : Make sure there is no bedding between the mattress and the sensor pad. Sensor pad must rest on a completely rigid surface. If there is a boxspring, place a masonite board measuring 400mm x 600mm x 6mm between the mattress and boxspring. If the mattress is directly supported by a wooded base, no extra support is needed.

Cause : The baby is in a very deep sleep or has roll away from the sensor pad.

Solution : Ensure the sensor pad is placed lengthwise, face-up, under the mattress. Read more under Demonstration.
